Day 1

Arrival + Accommodation in La Paz.

Reception in La Paz and transfer from the airport to the hotel.

Day 2

Archeological Complex of Tiwanaku + Accommodation in La Paz

One-and-a-half-hour excursion from the hotel to Tiwanaku, the “cradle of American civilization,” one of the oldest archaeological sites of the Andean cultures. You will visit museums and the main ruins, including the Akapana Pyramid, the Kalasasaya Temple, the Gate of the Sun, the Fraile and Ponce Monoliths, and the semi-underground temple. During the tour, you will also be able to see local crafts such as carved stones, Aymara amulets, and ceremonial pottery. At the end of the tour, return to the hotel.

Day 3

La Paz – PM City Tour + Valley of the Moon + Transfer to the Station + Bus La Paz / Uyuni + Overnight Bus.

Afternoon tour of La Paz visiting Plaza Murillo, the Cathedral, Congress and Government Palace, the Precious Metals Museum, and the Killi Killi viewpoint overlooking Illimani. Tour of the southern area to the Valley of the Moon with its eroded formations similar to lunar craters. Includes a cable car ride and a visit to the Witches' Market where products for Pachamama ceremonies are sold. Transfer to the terminal for the night bus to Uyuni at 9:00 p.m.

Day 4

Uyuni – Arrival + Transfer to the Center + Full Day Salar de Uyuni + Lunch + Accommodation in Uyuni

Visit to the Train Cemetery and the village of Colchani to see traditional salt processing and the craft market. Tour of the Salar de Uyuni visiting salt mounds, the Dakar monument, the first salt hotel, and giant salt structures (stairway to heaven, pyramid, hand). Picnic lunch on the salt flats and visit to Incahuasi Island with giant cacti. Hike to the top for a panoramic view. Return with photo session and sunset with wine and snacks. Transfer to the hotel.

Departure from Uyuni
